I had a delightful stay at the hotel, which offers a fantastic view of Mount Etna and boasts spacious rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the food was a highlight, especially dinner with its Italian specialties. However, the quiet atmosphere in the evenings and the temporary closure of certain dining options were minor drawbacks.
